Film length: 13 min ***WARNING: THIS VIDEO CONTAINS SCENES OF POLICE KILLINGS*** Over 10,000 people have been murdered by the police in the USA in the past 10 years – and more people are murdered in “liberal” California than any other state. People wait years just to find out who killed their loved ones. let alone receive any justice – such as the distressing cases in this video of Caesar Cruz, Kerry Baxter Junior, AJ Phillips, James Nate Greer, Colby Friday, Pedie Perez and Mario Woods, described by family members. The murder of Oscar Grant in 2009 spawned a powerful movement in Oakland that led to Occupy and Black Lives Matter. Now that same movement is calling for the state government to pass a bill which will make public all records of killings, sexual abuse and misconduct by police officers. International solidarity would be a great help – please send a message of support to unclebobbyx@gmail.com.
