Film Length: 11:37 Thousands of students join the March For Our Lives to the State Capitol in St.Paul, Minnesota – one of over 800 marches across the USA, as over one million march in Washington. They were joined by students from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, who kickstarted this huge movement after a shooter left 17 people dead. The emotional and powerful speeches from the Florida students – some only 14 – are added to by local students who led school walkouts, emphasising the fact that black, latino and indigenous people have been horrific levels of gun deaths for far too long without enough being done about it. Now these movements are starting to converge – with a determination not to stop until fundamental change is achieved. To get involved and for more information, go to the MarchForOurLives website, follow them on Facebook, and on Twitter.
